In C-45, the United States contributedcomments on Temporary Document 36 to the September 2011 Council Working Group for the Preparation of the 2012 World Conference on International Telecommunications (CWG-WCIT12) (27-30 September 2011). In C-45 the United States noted, “In C28 the United States proposed to SUP Appendix 2. We no longer propose this. However, we reserve our position as we are reviewing this Appendix in light of recent technological and administrative developments.”
