Use of global numbering resources and global service codes

The contribution was accompanied by an E-Mail that states in pertinent part:

… due to comments on CWG-WCIT/C-44 (MTT’s Contribution) at CWG-WCIT’s 5th meeting and discussions of this topic after the meeting with a number of companies, including one to whom ITU earlier had allocated global numbers, we have prepared a new revised version of MTT’s contribution c-44, which is enclosed hereto in English (taking into account the limited time left before the meeting). The contribution enclosed is with the marked amendments.
