iLS - Response to CWG WCIT12 liaison on misuse

Abstract

In response to the liaison from the ITU Council Working Group on World Conference on International telecommunications (CWG –WCIT) seeking evidence of misuse, ITU T SG2 experts undertook a review of the reports of misuse that had been submitted by those who believed there had been misuse, utilising the ITU reporting tool. This liaison statement provides the evidence taken from those reports.
