AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
AND THE INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATION UNION

I have the honour to submit to the Conference the full text of the Agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the International Telecommunication Union relating to the holding, organization and financing of the World Conference on International Telecommunications (Dubai, 3 to 14 December 2012); the holding, organization and financing of the World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (Dubai, 20 to 29 November 2012); the holding, organization and financing of the Global Standards Symposium (Dubai, 19 November 2012) of the International Telecommunication Union, concluded between the parties on 5 July 2012.
