At its 19-20 May 2011 meeting in Gaborone, Botswana, the Study Group 3 Regional Group for Africa (SG3RG-AFR) considered CWG-WCIT12/C-41 from the Pacific Islands, containing a definition of fraud.

SG3RG-AFR agreed to submit a contribution to CWG-WCIT12 supporting this proposal.
